 If a dealer wishes to leave Charlie’s Antique Mall then a 30 day notice shall be given ending at the end of one of the monthly accounting periods.  Example: Notice given on the 20th of July will be giving notice to vacate by closing time on the 31st of August.  In other words, if you are not happy at Charlie’s Antique Mall you can leave as quick as you came with NO hassle.
